Sellforte Supplier and Connector Requirements

This Supplier Use Notice applies under ToS Section 3.9 only to enabled connectors and features. The requirements below and linked terms expressly identified as binding apply in the version made available and accepted for that feature. Other links are informational. Supplier pricing, indemnity, liability, and dispute provisions do not change the Customer–Sellforte Agreement unless a specific exception is expressly identified and accepted. Separate supplier agreements govern the Customer’s separate supplier relationships.

Sellforte may add optional connectors; additional binding requirements require authorized acceptance before activation. Factual updates create no new obligations. Changes follow ToS Section 3.9 and Section 18.4. Sellforte retains dated versions. The DPA’s separate notice, authorization, objection, and transfer rules remain applicable.

1 General use restrictions

Use connected accounts and data only for authorized purposes, with the necessary rights, notices, and permissions. Protect credentials. Do not infringe rights, misuse confidential information, introduce malware or spam, interfere with security, conduct unauthorized security testing, bypass controls or quotas, or remove proprietary notices. Do not reverse engineer supplier technology except where mandatory law permits, or use it to develop competing systems where prohibited. Follow applicable sanctions, export controls, and supported-region restrictions. Promptly report suspected violations affecting the Services and reasonably cooperate with investigation, remediation, and required supplier reporting.

2 AI features using AWS Bedrock and Claude

Bedrock. The AWS Acceptable Use Policy and Responsible AI Policy are binding. Follow their prohibited-use rules and safeguards for consequential decisions, including human oversight and testing. Do not extract models, parameters, weights, or training data, or remove or alter provenance metadata, signatures, or watermarks protected by the AWS Service Terms.

Claude. Anthropic’s Usage Policy, Supported Regions Policy, and applicable customer-use restrictions in Section D of the Anthropic on Bedrock Commercial Terms are binding. Verify factual assertions before reliance or sharing. Do not develop competing AI products, reverse engineer or duplicate the model service, or assist prohibited use. Additional model requirements require acceptance before activation.

3 Advertising and commerce integrations

Google Ads. The Google Ads API Terms and Conditions applicable to the integration are binding. Comply with them and do not require or enable Sellforte to breach them. The Customer’s Google advertising-account agreement also applies.

Meta. The Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and enabled API requirements are binding use requirements. For the Marketing API, the Customer must have accepted Meta’s Terms of Service, Advertising Standards, Commercial Terms, and Self-Serve Ads Terms. Additional product terms, such as Business Tools or Custom Audiences terms, apply only when that product is used and must be accepted where required.

Keep advertiser data separate and use it only for that advertiser, authorized recipients, and permitted purposes. Do not sell or license Platform Data or use it for prohibited profiling, eligibility decisions, discrimination, surveillance, retargeting, or cross-customer reuse. Combine it with other platforms’ campaign data only where expressly permitted. Restrictions can cover anonymous, aggregated, and derived data. Cooperate with deletion, correction, and compliance requests. Sellforte may stop access when Meta requires, subject to the Agreement.

TikTok. The applicable end-user use and data restrictions in the Developer Terms and incorporated TikTok for Business Commercial Terms are binding. Maintain required account agreements and authorizations. Additional Business or Marketing API terms are identified and accepted before activation where required; connecting one feature does not authorize unrelated services.

Use TikTok data only for authorized purposes and recipients. Do not bypass limits, misuse Personal Data, build prohibited individual or device profiles, redistribute beyond the license, remove notices, imply unauthorized endorsement, submit prohibited data, or replicate or compete with TikTok where prohibited. Applicable correction, deletion, confidentiality, and security duties continue after disconnection.

Shopify. The Customer authorizes approved access to its Merchant Data for its agreed analytical models and Services within the Shopify API data-use restrictions. This does not permit competitive benchmarking, general-purpose AI training, or reuse for other merchants. Do not instruct or enable prohibited use, disclosure, or retention. Applicable source deletion requirements survive disconnection.

Sellforte is solely responsible for its Shopify integration, support, and liabilities from its development, marketing, distribution, access, installation, or use, including handling Merchant Data. Shopify is not liable for integration faults or resulting harm and provides no installation or use assistance unless it expressly says otherwise. Remedies against Sellforte follow the Agreement. These requirements do not restrict the Customer’s independent competing products except through unauthorized use of confidential information, impose post-term exclusivity, or restrict its freedom to conduct business contrary to Shopify’s mandatory merchant protections.

4 Fivetran connectors

Use Powered by Fivetran only within the agreed Services and for authorized sources and purposes. The applicable use restrictions in its Acceptable Use Policy, Software and Service Specific Requirements, and documentation are binding. ITAR-controlled data is prohibited. Submit HIPAA-regulated health information only after the required contractual arrangements have been confirmed in writing.

Do not reverse engineer, modify, or derive Fivetran technology where prohibited, or use its products to develop competing products. Competitive analysis and benchmarking are limited to the applicable internal-comparison exception; public performance disclosures are prohibited where required by the AUP. On-premises and Fivetran AI requirements apply only to enabled features. AI restrictions do not themselves prohibit agreed analysis of Customer Content transported by an ordinary connector.

Contact Sellforte for connector support. Source-platform requirements apply whether access is through Fivetran or Sellforte, with additional binding requirements accepted under ToS Section 3.9.

5 Hosting and weather data

Hosting. The applicable AWS or Google Cloud Acceptable Use Policy is binding for the hosted feature.

Weather data. Weather data by Open-Meteo is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0. Analytical transformations may have been applied. When sharing licensed material, retain attribution and supplied copyright and license notices, link to the source and license, identify modifications, and impose no restrictions that prevent exercise of the licensed rights. These conditions cover only that licensed material.
