These standard terms apply when incorporated into an Order Form with Sellforte, Inc. The applicable signed or accepted Agreement governs; publication alone does not amend an existing Agreement. The Order Form is a separate signing document. The Service Description and SLA are optional physical appendices and apply only when expressly incorporated in the Order Form.
