Audited platform

Sellforte’s platform, including software and processes, has been audited by NIXU, a cybersecurity auditor.

Data security

Customer data is protected with multiple layers of technical measures, as well as strict process measures defined by the Sellforte IT Security Policy. The data for each customer is isolated to its own environment and never mixed with data from other customers. Access to the data is limited based on minimum-permissions principle.

Secure connections

We offer enterprise-grade security for connectivity. We leverage VPN and IP whitelisting when setting up customer connections to the platform.

Option for Single Sign-On (SSO)

Customers have an option to set up user authentication with customer's Single Sign-On system (ask for pricing). We currently support Azure AD SSO and Google SSO.

Sellforte’s solution is based on Marketing Mix Modeling approach, and does not rely on privacy-sensitive data.


GDPR compliant

Sellforte’s approach to marketing measurement, Marketing Mix Modelling, is 100 % GDPR compliant. We do not use any personal data in marketing measurement.

Security FAQ

Sellforte primarily uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) for computing and data storage. Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud are possible with separate pricing.

Unless agreed differently, customer data is located within the EU. Customer can decide between Dublin and Frankfurt.
