This statement explains the AI features available within the agreed Services. The Terms of Service govern their use and the Parties’ responsibilities.
1 Features and use
AI features help interpret Analysis Results, answer questions, and generate explanations and recommendations for marketing analytics and optimization. They use AWS Bedrock; the model may change under the Agreement. Outputs depend on the available data and are not guarantees of performance or regulated professional advice. AI Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or outdated. Independently check factual assertions and suitability before relying on or sharing it, and maintain appropriate human review.
Automated Actions operate only when enabled within the Customer’s permissions and settings. The Customer controls access and monitors activity. External AI tools connected by the Customer follow their provider’s terms and privacy practices.
2 Permitted use
Use AI features within the agreed scope and Supplier and Connector Requirements. Do not use them or their outputs to develop competing AI products or train competing models where prohibited by the ToS or applicable supplier requirements. Do not extract or attempt to derive underlying models, parameters, weights, or training data; reverse engineer or duplicate protected technology except where mandatory law permits; bypass safeguards or access limits; or assist others in prohibited use.
Do not submit unlawful or unnecessary Personal Data or use AI features for prohibited AI practices or high-risk decisions about individuals. Preserve required AI labels, provenance metadata, signatures, and watermarks. These restrictions do not prevent authorized use or export of Customer Content and Analysis Results under the Agreement.
3 Data handling
AI features process relevant prompts, Customer Content, Analysis Results, and instructions. The DPA governs Customer Personal Data, including authorized recipients, locations, transfers, security, and deletion. Customer Personal Data is not used to train or improve general-purpose or generative AI models. Updating the Customer’s own marketing measurement model is part of its Services.
Stored conversations and action records follow the Agreement’s retention rules. The Online Service Privacy Notice explains Sellforte’s separate controller activities.
