Sellforte Solutions Oy, business ID 2832424-2, Otakaari 5, 02150 Espoo, Finland; Sellforte Solutions GmbH, commercial register HRB 171256, Nobistor 16, 22767 Hamburg, Germany; and Sellforte Solutions UK LTD, company number 12307261, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, are authorized for the delivery activities in Section 1.3. Sellforte is the contracting provider and is not listed as its own subprocessor.
The attached supplier schedule identifies the baseline downstream providers engaged by Sellforte or its Affiliates, their legal entities, functions, and locations for the enabled Services. A provider is authorized only for its stated delivery function and the Customer's actual configuration. Independent Customer Content Sources and customer-selected External Services are not Sellforte subprocessors for their independent operations. Unlisted Affiliates and additional tools require Section 4 authorization before receiving Customer Personal Data.
