Annex B Processing details

The Customer and Sellforte, Inc., a Delaware corporation, are identified in the Order Form. Sellforte's privacy contact is privacy@sellforte.com. Where the Customer acts as a processor, it must identify its controller and provide authority for its instructions.
Subject matter and specific purposes: marketing measurement and analysis for the Customer's agreed markets, channels, and KPIs; onboarding and validation of authorized source data; customer-specific modeling and delivery of reports, forecasts, and recommendations; workspace authentication and permissions; support and security on the Customer's behalf; and lawful return and deletion. Enabled AI features process prompts and relevant service content to answer the Customer's requests. Enabled Automated Actions execute and record the Customer's authorized changes in connected advertising accounts. Tracking Technology performs the agreed marketing measurement and honors applicable visitor choices. Customer Personal Data is not used for advertising audiences, cross-customer profiling, or supplier model training.
Activities: authorized collection and retrieval, transmission, validation, organization, storage, analysis, generation of customer-specific outputs, permitted support access, export, correction, and deletion. Processing is recurring during the Services, then limited to transition, retrieval, deletion, and mandatory retention.
Individuals: the Customer's authorized business users and contacts; adult consumers or website and app visitors to the extent lawful data is supplied or collected within the agreed configuration. Categories: business contact and account details, authentication identifiers and permissions, IP addresses and online identifiers, device and browser details, timestamps and authorized events, marketing and transaction records within scope, and personal information in permitted support requests, prompts, outputs, and action records. Collection must be minimized. Sensitive Data and known under-18 personal information are excluded under Section 2.5 unless specifically agreed with safeguards.
Duration and locations: the subscription, necessary transition, and return or deletion periods under Section 7 and ToS Section 17.6; primary hosting and approved access locations under Section 9 and Annex C. The Customer's authorized source instructions and any agreed deployment disclosure specify actual fields, events, identifiers, and retention where configuration differs.
