Sellforte Demo Terms of Use

1 Purpose and acceptance

Sellforte Solutions Oy, Finnish business ID 2832424-2, Otakaari 5, 02150 Espoo, Finland ("Sellforte", "we"), provides the free public demonstration at demo.sellforte.com (the "Demo"). It is intended solely for evaluating Sellforte's business services, using simulated demonstration data. No registration or purchase is required.

By selecting the acceptance option presented before entering the Demo, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Demo on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to accept them for that organization. If you do not agree, do not enter or use the Demo.

These Terms govern the public Demo only. They do not create a subscription, trial of a customer's production environment, service-level commitment, or data processing agreement. A separate agreement governs any purchased services or separately agreed trial.

2 Limited evaluation license

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Demo through its provided interface for internal evaluation. You may share limited screenshots or outputs within your organization for that evaluation, keeping ownership notices intact. No other rights are granted.

The Demo does not connect to your data sources or authorize changes to real advertising accounts or other external systems. Its data, results, forecasts, and recommendations are illustrative and must not be relied on for operational, investment, or other real-world decisions. The commercial service may differ.

3 Availability and changes

The Demo is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we give no warranties, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not promise support, maintenance, updates, compatibility, data storage, backups, or recovery.

We may change, restrict, reset, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Demo or your access at any time, without notice or compensation, subject to mandatory law. This includes enforcing usage limits, protecting security, addressing misuse, and complying with supplier requirements. Do not use the Demo to store anything you need to keep.

4 Your inputs and AI features

Use only fictional, nonconfidential inputs that you are entitled to provide. Do not submit real production data, personal data about yourself or others, confidential information, passwords, API keys, or other secrets. You remain responsible for your inputs and use of the Demo.

AI features generate responses from your prompts and demonstration materials using AI models accessed through Amazon Bedrock. Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or misleading. They are not professional advice and do not establish facts or guarantee business outcomes.

The AI Use Statement explains AI capabilities, limitations, and permitted uses. For the public Demo, these Terms and the general Privacy Policy govern; references in the statement to customer agreements, DPAs, production data, or connected tools do not extend those arrangements or features to the Demo.

You retain any rights you have in your inputs. You permit Sellforte and its service providers to process them to provide responses, operate and secure the Demo, and investigate errors or misuse, as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit material for which you cannot give this permission. AI outputs may not be unique and may contain material in which others have rights.

5 Prohibited use

You must not, or help anyone else to:

• use the Demo unlawfully, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or submit harmful, abusive, discriminatory, deceptive, or illegal content;
• bypass access controls, safeguards, rate limits, or usage restrictions, or regain access after suspension without permission;
• probe or test security without our written authorization, access other users' information, interfere with systems or users, overload the Demo, or introduce malware;
• scrape, systematically extract, or automatically collect Demo content or outputs, or use bots or automated requests without our written permission;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover source code, nonpublic system instructions, model weights, training data, algorithms, or other protected components, except to the extent mandatory law permits;
• use the Demo, its content, or outputs to build, train, test, or improve a competing product, service, or AI model, or to replicate protected features or models;
• resell, sublicense, commercially exploit, publish, or redistribute the Demo or its content beyond the limited evaluation permission in Section 2, or remove ownership or provenance markings;
• use outputs for decisions about individuals in employment, credit, insurance, healthcare, education, or other similarly consequential contexts, or to identify, profile, or target children; or
• send spam, impersonate others, misrepresent AI output as verified human analysis, or use the Demo for surveillance or manipulation.

These restrictions do not limit rights that mandatory law prevents us from restricting.

6 Ownership and remedies

Sellforte and its licensors retain all rights in the Demo, including its software, models, methods, demonstration datasets, analysis results, interfaces, documentation, branding, and other materials. Access and AI-generated responses do not transfer rights in those underlying materials.

If you voluntarily provide nonconfidential feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or payment, subject to applicable data protection law. We may enforce our intellectual property and other rights, seek court orders against misuse, and recover losses caused by your unlawful conduct or breach in accordance with applicable law.

7 Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sellforte is not liable for loss arising from use of or inability to use the free Demo, including lost profit, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or business interruption. If liability nevertheless arises, Sellforte's total aggregate liability relating to the Demo is limited to EUR 100.

These exclusions and the cap do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, intentional infringement of intellectual property rights, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory data protection and consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, the same protections apply to Sellforte's affiliates, licensors, suppliers, officers, employees, and representatives acting in connection with the Demo. Claims against them and Sellforte share the same aggregate cap; the exceptions above apply to each protected person's conduct.

8 Privacy

The general Privacy Policy explains how Sellforte handles Demo interactions, technical and usage information, cookies, and other personal data as controller, including purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention, transfers, and your rights. Acceptance of these Terms is not consent to optional tracking or other processing that requires separate consent. You may use the Demo without agreeing to optional analytics or advertising cookies.

9 Changes, ending use, and applicable law

We may update these Terms prospectively by publishing a dated version. We will bring material changes to your attention before further use and request acceptance where required. Changes do not retroactively alter accrued rights. You may stop using the Demo at any time. On termination of access, your evaluation license ends; provisions on ownership, restrictions, liability, and dispute resolution continue to the extent needed to give them effect.

Finnish law governs these Terms, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are subject to the District Court of Helsinki as the court of first instance. Either party may seek urgent protective relief in another competent court. Mandatory applicable law, including any consumer's rights to protection and to bring proceedings in another competent court, remains unaffected.
