Nordic Bites Group Oy, the Master Franchisee for Subway Nordics, selects Sellforte to unify marketing measurement across Finland and Sweden
Helsinki, Finland – June 2026 – Sellforte is pleased to welcome Nordic Bites Group, the Master Franchisee partner for Subway in Finland, Sweden, Norway, and Denmark, as its new customer.
Nordic Bites Group operates more than 100 Subway restaurants across Finland, Sweden and Denmark, as well as oversees a network of more than 350 locations across the Nordics. As the business has expanded across markets and channels, Nordic Bites Group needed a clear and consistent way to understand which marketing activities drive sales across Finland and Sweden.
With media mix modeling done only on a project basis in the region previously, the company's marketing and management teams wanted a structured foundation for understanding media ROI and making better-informed budget decisions.

Through the partnership, Nordic Bites Group is working with Sellforte to bring together media, promotional, and sales data into a single Marketing Mix Modeling framework. The setup covers both markets with dedicated environments for Finland and Sweden, giving the team a consistent, data-driven foundation for marketing and media planning going forward.
