These insights enabled Represent to re-balance its media mix dynamically and confidently, reallocating budget in real time to where it truly mattered.

 

The MMM analysis also highlighted powerful budget pacing opportunities. Sellforte identified specific moments where media performance surged, but spend lagged behind, allowing Represent to catch these peaks and maintain strong ROI even during volume spikes. Notably, Meta channels emerged as especially effective in acquiring new customers—a critical priority for scaling Black Friday demand.

 

Armed with these insights, Represent adjusted its strategy heading into Black Friday 2024. The results were record-breaking: +44% incremental marketing-driven sales and a 20% boost in overall marketing ROI.
